  •  My Coinbets777 username is joshmk7. I have already completed the entire KYC check, and my account is fully verified. Whenever I win on Coinbets777, I never have any issues cashing out my winnings.  I received 5 successful cash outs.  Although, I am still down around $4000. I deposited another $495 into Coinbets777, and turned that into $2655. This time, the casino is not honoring the cash out. 

     

      For my $495 deposit, I used the promotion called “High Roller Heaven”. This gives me a 600% boost on my deposit. The rules of the promotion are:  Wager 33x(deposit  + bonus), Max Cash out is 11x the deposit, minimum withdrawal is [deposit + (bonus x .2)], max bonus of $3000, and slots only. Throughout this entire process, I have carefully read, adhered and followed the bonus rules and the terms and conditions of the casino. It took me 2 weeks to hit the wagering requirements, which was over $114,000.  I was hoping for an easy cashout, I was wrong.

     

      After hitting my wagering requirements, the casino immediately gave me problems. Only $250 out of my $2400 balance is requested because if I try to withdraw more, I will get a message that says “payout canceled by external systems validations”. I messaged support about it, and they refused to allow me to request more. I soon found out why. David Jackson, the casino manager, promised to quickly withdraw the $250 I requested. However, right before he processed it, he hit me with a bombshell. He will only process it if I bring my entire $2400 balance to $0. First off, I deposited $495, this is less money than I even deposited, and I WON. The bonus rules made it very clear that the max cashout is 11x the deposit. Since I deposited $495, my max cashout should be $5445, not $250. Every time I complain to David about it, he will not budge. He insists that I must lose my entire balance. I have asked him why countless times, and he will not respond.  It says nothing like this anywhere in the terms of service or bonus rules.  Even if Coinbets777 cashes out my entire balance, the casino will still be in profit from me because I have lost around $4000 on this site.  If there is anything anyone can do, I would very appreciate it.

    Before this incident, I have played with bonuses multiple times, and Coinbets777 have always followed the rules of the bonuses. On my latest deposit, "David Jackson" and I came up with the agreement that if I deposit $175, he will give me a $500 chip. Now the rules of the $500 chip are: I must wager 35x the chip, and a max cash out of $500 dollars. After I was done with the wagering requirements, I was well above $500. However, they only let me withdraw $500. This is fine because it says the max cashout is $500 in the rules of the bonus. I later received two payouts from Coinbets777. $175(from my deposit ) and then $500. This, along with other payouts I received, made me trust Coinbets777.

     

    The next day "David" texted me, and trouble soon unfolded. "David" convinced me to deposit more money. This time, we came up with the agreement that if I deposit $495, they will give me a $1600 chip. I thought the reason they were offering me such a generous bonus was because I have lost so much money on the site, and they want to keep me playing. So I decided to deposit again. Before depositing, I accidentally selected a different bonus instead. This was the 600% boost I have previously talked about. I was pretty upset about this because I was most likely going to lose everything. Even though I had to wager over $114,000, I got really lucky and maintained most of the bonus. I currently have $2655.37 left over. My balance currently shows $2405.37 because I have $250 requested. Also, the bonus I accepted said I would also receive 150 free spins on "Crown of Camelot". I never got this bonus.  However, I do not want this bonus added to my account. I just want my entire balance paid out. 

    If more information is necessary, please don't hesitate to ask more questions.
