Hello, I also have the same issue with that same site. (Club.liveroulette.ie)

I been playing on and off; for 2 years at this site. I won, and was paid, on a couple requests. Unfortunately as of last month... I played and won a decent return; that the site now ignores my withdrawal requests. No response. 
I don't know what to do.

We don't have this casino listed on our site and we've already been trying to get in touch with them regarding some other complaint, but they've never replied to us.

I never did get a reply or my winnings. I lost it all eventually and have never played on this site since. They keep sending out promotional emails with big deposit bonus offers, possibly to reel in new players so the site owners can make money off them and never payout.

Is that illegal? I mean, I'm thinking class action lawsuit. Except this site is taking the feeds from multiple other casinos and rooms in Malta and who knows where else. This seems to blatantly crooked; to be just a functioning site with, without regulation!? I'm not gonna play with them anymore. They violated and if they don't pay who they should; fair and square: that should be a crime. How do I go about seeking retribution? 
or am I wrong, and have toalong with everyone else, accept being robbed without a gun?

im sorry to be so long winded with this message. It's not right though. And I apologize if I'm saying to much.
p.s. I got a email from " Stewart Ferguson" management, in a past issue that was resolved by them then. That was a past issue from last year. Except the trending fact is the deception and denialism.
Regardless if we all get paid... what's going on with them needs to be seriously looked into by authorities or those other supposed casinos that they use to steal.
