RESOLVED - cleos vip room - paytable issue

I have included all of the paytables to the game the combination I had was an ace with a 3x symbol another ace and another symbol with a 4x and another ace which makes it a 12 x pay out I was betting 10 coins and aces pay 500 I saw the play history right after it happened and it only paid me for 6000 but the balance reflected the proper amount but I cant explain why it would only show the 6000 in play history unless I am not adding right 

okay here is my math for this issue  5 aces pay 500  with a 3x and 4x symbol the payout gets times by 12  my bet  and my bet was 10  sooooo  12 x 500  equals 6000  times the bet of 10  equals 60000  now divide that in half because I was betting  .50 cents  and that is 30000.00  ???  any one have a different way to calculate it   its a 243 way to win pay table and all wins are multiplied by bet  am I incorrect

I've analyzed the Angkor game so here's my opinion:

I understand you got 3 scatters and won 15 free spins on game's maximum bet which is $125. That would mean you initially won 5x total bet or $625 in cash in addition to 15 free spins.

Than you mentioned you lined up 5 aces at some point during the free spins feature. Because it pays 500x line bet (I underline line bet here) your win would be - 500 x 10 coins per line x $0,50 per coin = $2500.

Further, you could have 5 aces with wilds substituting in combination. If you had wild on reel 2, than win multiplier would be 3x and your win would be $7500, with wild on reel 4 it would be $10.000 and if you had wild on both reel 2 and 4 multiplier would be 12x and only than you would win $30.000.

So if you were betting $125 and scored a win of 5 aces where wilds appear on both second and fourth reel and substitute in a winning combination, than your win of over $30.000 was calculated and shown correctly. From the screenshots I here I cannot see that big win of $30.000, but if you got the wilds I mentioned in combination with aces, than you are entitled to those $30.000. It would be very helpful if you have that big win screenshot.

Also, forgot to mention this as well in my above post. Angkor is 243 way slot, it has no traditional lines, but it cost you to play it as if it had 25 lines. In other words you are required to bet minimum of 25 coins per spin.

That is why I use term bet per line in the post above, you are not actually placing bet per line, but for the purpose of our calculation here the term suffices. More accurate term would be the bet multiplier. Calculation is basically the same as in 25 line slot.

thank you for taking the time to do the math that is what I got  however only 10 games are triggered with the three scatters  it takes 4 to get 15 free games  .  what I don't understand is why the game balance was not credited to my account and only 6000 ..  I have the spread sheet they sent but as with the other players problem the rep said the history has a glitch sometimes and you need to go by what is on the screen rather than what you see in history ..... I have asked for that screenshot from them and was told they could not get it but sent a print out of the wins losses  ....I know what came up in the game it was the 9th spin out of 10 I was watching it very closely because of the large bet and was just about to have a fit if it didn't land on anything and then it came.....now cleos has to do the right thing and pay what the game says to pay ...gonna give them the benefit of the doubt  they do pay  all be it a little slow they do pay ....

Now, there was an obvious error with the game, its just a matter of where the error was. And that question comes down to this one: have you got aces on reels 1, 3 and five and Angkor wild symbol on reels 2 and 4 on your ninth free spin. If you did, you should be paid $30.825 from spins. Otherwise, you should not.

We have notified their casino representative about this topic and asked for clarification on this matter.

I've also received your play history Annie, which is indeed showing the win you complain about. However, I cannot understand the string of numbers that represent that win, so I have asked the support to clarify what was on reels and in which position.

okay  Cleos did the right thing and credited my account the 24000 that was the proper win amount after the 6000 that they did credit got email this morning money was in account ......Thanks to drthleon    Vlada and    Zuga I appreciate your help  l.......best part is im now cashing out but with 43020.51  well I left 1020.51 in the account.....Thank you cleos
