    I have been playing at Jesters Win Casino, off and on since July 2018. I recently won over $15,000. Their terms and conditions state only $2,000 per week is allowed to be cashed out.  Which I understand. I won $700 on March 14th 2019. Their site under terms and conditions state all payouts will be processed and sent between 5-12 business days. They do not include weekends or holidays. It actually says the complete process. Today marks day 13 and I'm being told my payout will not be processed until next week. Monday, actually. Which would be 17 days. And after they process it takes another week to be sent to me. So the entire process takes close to a month now. I've reached out several times asking why they keep prolonging my payout. Bare in mind I have two additional pay out pending both for $2,000 one form March 22nd and another from March 30th. This is because you're only allowed to request $2,000 per week. And the pay out from March 22nd should be sent on April 9th to me. Plus I still have over $10, 0000 I'm not even allowed to request for pay out, it's sitting on my account.  They do not give any reason why the pay outs are taking longer and longer. I asked them why they are not honoring their own terms and conditions but they completely ignore my questions, and reply back with longer and longer payout dates.  I have all emails and correspondence between Jester Wins and myself. I also have screenshots I can provide of winnings. I'm baffled that they can violate their own terms and conditions, making up the rules , and or changing them whenever they want. It so unfair. Can you please help me? Jesters Win is Cleo's VIP Room - Same people . I have emails and proof of it.

  • Below is the email I sent to them. It’s well passed when they were supposed to have sent money. Please do not play @jesterswin or @cleosviproom look up the company .
    I wanted to follow up again as to why it’s now April 8th, and my pay out is still pending. It’s well passed when it was supposed to have been sent on April 1st. Your terms and conditions state payouts will be processed within 5-12 business days after all documentation has been approved. All my documentation has been approved. I’ve also confirmed my banking info on Friday, April 5th. And tomorrow marks the 12th business day for my cashout from March 22nd. So, that should be sent tomorrow. But I’m sure it won’t be. As there will be some made up lie as to why it won’t be sent. I’ve received nothing but hassle from Jester Wins. It’s a nightmare dealing with your company. It’s obvious your terms and conditions mean nothing and they are not followed. I receive absolutely no response in regards why I’m not receiving my payouts

  • I've been paid out multiple times by JestersWin. My first was over 700 and that was off a no deposit bonus. Don't know what to tell yah except for that.

  • I have had the same exact issue, I requested my payout of $1450 on March 28th, as you can plainly see it is April 25th now, and they say it has been processed and sent to my bank but not a single dime is coming through to my bank, they gave me a tracking number to check with Upaycard, yet, my deposit is being bank wired to my account not upaycard, so I can't get any information that way, my bank checked and there is nothing pending anywhere in their system, I just get told, "We will look into it and call you back" no call back or responses to my emails.

  • I am experiencing the same issue. I won 8600 hundred dollars. I was suppose to receive partial payment today and tomorrow. Then subsequently as I request two thousand max a week. No money today. I emailed them was told the department in charge of pay outs were not in. Then sorry due to technical difficulties we can not pay out to next week. Now they have blocked me. Won't respond to my emails. I They don't even answer their phone. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and Facebook. Tomorrow I will file a scam complaint with my bank as I spent two thousand dollars in eight months at this bogus site.

    Did you receive any part of your cashout request?

  • Jesters Win did actually pay me.  But, that doesn't sound as great as you might think.  I received a $10 NDB for my birthday (April 2nd).  In order to cash-out, there was a 35x or 40x WR stapled to it, and you could not cash-out more than $100.  Also, the minimum cash-out allowed was $50.  All very, very reasonable for a NDB.  And, being that it was my 2nd consecutive NDB, I wasn't sure at all if I would collect anything in the first place. However, after carefully reading their T&C's, I realized that there is no language at all (at least not 7 weeks ago) about playing with 2 or more consecutive NDB's.  Anyway, I ran it up to $96, having completed my WR.  Played a little more, and ended up requesting a cash-out for $83 on April 9th.  After a day, or 2, of getting paperwork completed, account verified, and payment options cleared, my cash-out was "Approved" on April 12th.

    Their cash-outs take 5 - 12 business days.  So, I should have expected my large, whopping, break-the-bank $83 cash-out somewhere between April 18th - 29th.  On May 6th, I contacted them, and for whatever reason, had to resend my routing # (which was previously sent and approved BY THEM) on April 12th.  That very same day, I was then contacted by support and told that my cash-out has been approved....again, and that I would receive my funds in "2 - 5 days".  Those 5 days passed, making it now May 13th (counting only business days).  Still no funds.  The next day, an email went unanswered.  Then, finally after 38 days, my huge, enormous, fat $83 stack hit my account.....only after $19 in surcharges, or what the hell ever,  had been deducted.  So, their 5 - 12 day policy took nearly 5 times as long, and 25% of my transfer had to go towards fees, whether it was my bank, their bank, or a combo of both, idk.  IDC anymore.  This place sux.  I'm, however, walking away knowing that I'm $64 in the red with them, and they will NEVER have a chance to win their money back.  If only they would have paid me in "5 - 12 business days", they would have had my business, a loyal customer, and a very, very different glowing review of them.  Stay away people!

  • It’s been over a month-  and nothing! They have blocked me on all social media platforms- blocked via live chat. And no longer replying to any email. I can log in to play if I choose to. All my money is sitting there. But they are not sending it. I have all my live chats with trueness saved stating they would be sending it, and additional ones with excuses as to why they aren’t able to.

    They actually had the nerve to kindly ask for my patience and understanding - seriously! They are not someplace anyone should ever play. I have cashouta sitting over 46 days “pending” but their cashout policy is 5-12 business days. They lie and do not payout.
