  • Hello, it is my first complaint, don't judge too severely
    Circus.be casino username: Dragon21. Amount: 74 euro.
    I've registered from the no deposit bonus LCB page and won from 5 euro registration bonus.
    I wagered them in sport section so I doubt I break any rules while wagering went.
    I asked for withdrawal on 18th September and on 22d got the confirmation that my documents were accepted and withdrawal should be finished in 24 hours.(scr.1)
    On the next day (23d Sep) withdrawal was finished(scr.2)
    Few days later I got e-mail from support telling me there was a problem with my IBAN so they couldn't send me money and asked to give more details which I gave straight away.(scr.3-4)
    And their last informative message was on 27th Septeber.(will add screenshot below)

    Eventually since the withdrawal was finished on 23d September - today is the 10th day with no evidence of attempts to send money on my bank account. And 8th working day. (5-7 days takes withdrawal on their T&C).
    I hope this thread will accelerate casino support to consider my query a bit faster.

  • Another .be casino that is clearly VERY VERY slow and vague with payments etc ... Im not a big fan of the .be casinp's that I played at ...

  • Hello, just got the money on my card. 58 usd instead of 74 euro, which is probably fine for SWIFT transfers from Belgium to Belarus(a think a lot of bank-correspondent between). The thing is it said bank transfer has no fee from circus.be side, and my bank takes 0.8%. Anyway not really gonna try to find out futher. Thank you very much, dear MelissaN. It is always pleasure to get some money from free bonus:) Thanks to Circus.be also. It took 3 days only after getting proof of transfer. Actually very decent site, iven with long verification.
