RESOLVED: Chumba Casino - Email Change Problem

i have had my account with chumba casino for awhile, i haven't been verified yet and i haven't bothered with it since i haven't hit anything really big enough to cash out, well i finally hit $5000 yesterday, so i decided to go verify, i went to check my Gmail and discovered Google signed me out for "suspicious activity" and to sign in using a device ive been on before. i do what it asks and it will say they do not have enough info to verify me, i put my password it, says it again its stuck in a loop. i have no 2FA for it , i know my password but it will NOT LET ME IN. im not very concerned as i had just had to move in with family because our previous rental house got condemned due to no repairs being made.      i contacted chumba and told them the situation that i just need to change my email because i am locked out and have no access to it. im not sure if they will allow me to change it, i don't see why not? but you cannot make multiple accounts and i don't want them closing this one to open a new one as ill lose my winnings and i have put in a good amount of money this is the first time ive actually won, i've reached out to chumba on my new email, so far no response. i feel like this was some sick game from the devil, cause somehow my email just being locked and me having no way to get in EVEN THOUGH I KNOW MY PASSWORD is just cruel.  does anybody know anything or have any similar problems? im desperate.

they actually finally responded and completely fixed my situation very Fast, now waiting to be verified to cash out my winnings! Chumba is LEGIT in the USA and my family works at cherokee casino, some blackjack players said they also played Chumba and have hit 20 Grand and got it within a week (They were already verified). its a good Casino with a lot of giveaway!   (Customer Service is Very Slow, and Sometimes the person will be very negligent)

i will, in the process of verification.... they told me my name on my account did not match up with my actual name on my id. the problem was

what they had First Name: T****e          My Name: Tanner

everything else is correct but now they are "reviewing" my account and my documents and will get back to me, kinda sounds scammy but i will let everybody know.

as of right now, im in the process of verifying my address, so far so good. no more run-ins besides the usual verification process, they are slow on emailing but they do respond. its more likely i will get to actually see this money, but let me say ive been playing for awhile and have probably put in a couple grand at least so i probably made my 2 year contribution back!  Book Of Kings, Hypernova Infinity Reels, and Rio Jewelry are the best paying Games on Chumba in my opinion.
