  • so i got lucky with the freechips when i requested a withdraw they're refusing to pay me cause i don't have own a phone. a friend of mine who is a verified player and he did not go through a verbal confirmation. other than that all the information i register the acct with are valid. i even give them my roomate phone number if they want to have a talk but they refuse.

    LCB made me aware that you posted here as you also told our support team that you do. I have looked into your account and the reasons why your winnings from the free chip were not paid and I can see that there are further issues here than just the phone number issue.

    Regards the phone number, we verbally verify ALL winning players, if the player for some reason has no phone then we've got a slight issue. However it would be then referred to the casino manager to see what options we have on that individual case.

    In this case, there is not just the phone issue but also the issue of multiple accounts that have been opened. This breaches the terms and conditions of the casino and that alone would cause you to lose any winnings from a free coupon. 

    I am sorry to say that on this occasion that the removal of your free bonus win is the correct decision.

    Please also ensure that you stick to the terms and conditions of the casino should you look to play at them with bonus money or real money. Each casino differs in terms and with security procedures for verifying accounts, so it's worth checking these out before you play to ensure you can comply with what is expected.

  • please show proof i have multiple acct. i only created 1 acct at each of ur guys casino.

  • when i ask why a friend of mine didn't go through the verbal confirmation i was told that its a new policy that just got added couple months ago i know its a lie cause he just got his acct verify couple weeks back.

    As Martyn already told you the issue was not only the verification of the phone number but also multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of the casino T&C. Unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do for you in this case. Please be more careful next time and read the rules carefully before playing.

    These things can't be shared publicly as you know. If you are not satisfied with the casino's final decision please go and file a complaint with their regulatory body in Curacao.
