    I constantly play at Casumo casino and recently found the weirdest thing!!! I deposited 10 euro for the 100% bonus so I had 10 euro and 10 euro bonus. I wagered over half of it and decided to check my balance and say (15euro deposit + 15 euro bonus) = 30
    I have attached my screenshot. Went into chat and got a whole lot of different answers which made me so upset!!!!! I couldn't care less about the money I had on the account and ended up loosing everything. I wrote an email to the manager and so called CEO and they told me that's how it's works and is displayed in players accounts. I explained this was very confusing and couldn't even be explained to to me over chat. No resolution was done or offereded and Im reluctant to play here ever again.  Has anyone experienced the same thing and finds this confusing??????

    Made a deposit of 10 euro and got a 10 euro bonus.
    After wagering almost half...checked my balance and it displayed 15 euro cash + 15 euro bonus = 30
    Why would it display this if that's not what I deposited and that's not what my bonus was initially
    I'm just as confused about this and that's why I'm posting
