UNRESOLVED: Casollo delaying verification and payment

Sorry, but there are no good news here... :D It just shows their determination not to pay out the money they owe.

***fyi - i even sent them an email in which i asked them nicely to respond to me, so we can negotiate the payout. I was willing to accept lower payout (i offered them 65% payout of the remaining balance) just so we could finally put this to rest. Im also willing to accept smaller payouts - such as 500e per week or something... Its clear that they have liquidity issues and they are struggling, so I want to help them out, cause i know those positions are not nice to be in...but even to those emails they do not respond.

I sincerely hope they respond to me, so we could make an arrangement that suits us both, and finally put this behind.

Ah, I see, that was a misunderstanding. We've decided to place them on our Warning list. However, please keep us updated on this case.

could anyone here help me with this t&c from casollo. I think i dont understand it completely. Their deposit bonus rule states that winnigs must be wagered before withdrawal and that the withdrawal is unlimited, but i found this part in their General T&C:

The General T&C rules state that there is the maximum withdrawal limit; 100x of the deposit amount, from 100 deposit it drops to 50x. And yes, I agree that their general T&Cs and bonus T&C's are contradictory.
