CASINOREWARDS PROGRAM refuse to release my deposit bonus money...!

I just have to ask if anyone else out there has experienced anything similar with the bonus system that the casinos in the CASINOREWARDS program tha i have...
I have to admint that i am good at finding new 1st deposit bonus offers and using them, and then maybe never open the casino again. But it is casinorewards that send me mail about deposit offers and signup bonuses for casinos that i have not tried yet...
But now the issue is that i have points in the casinorewards lobby/account but i can`t reddem them...

and when i contact costumer support all they can say is that i have won a lot and got a lot in bonus money through their program, and that tha situation will remain like this untill furter notice from them. All I can do is make regular deposit without bonuses and keep playing untill they find it good enough for them...

Anybody experienced anything like this before??

You really should remove your account numbers and your name for your own safety.  If you are unable to edit your post due to lapse of time, let me know and I'll edit them for you.

Looks like Luxury Casino have closed your account.  Have you tried redeeming them at any of the other casinos that do have a link on them?

simply forgot to edit it myself....

I have tried and redeemed my points in several different ways, but allways get same error msg. And ater contacting live support (chat) 2-3 times now and first they just said they couldn`t help me with it, and it would maybe go away after some time (with no-bonus deposits and play of course, hehe)
but when and after how many/much deposits was impossible to get an answer to

But when i contacted chat the last time she said all bonus is frozen because you have got so much more bonus cash than real cash deposit into all the casinos in the casinorewards program....

It doesn't sound like a valid argument that you have so much more bonus cash than real cash. Maybe ask them to point that out in the terms and conditions?
It is a good thing to always keep a log of your chats with the support.

So you have been bonus banned - not much you can do about that except deposit without bonuses and wait for the ban to be lifted.

Even though I know it suck to get bonus banned there is nothing much you can do. Each casino reserves the right to exclude any player from getting further  bonuses.

It really comes down to how much bonuses you have taken already and won out of it. Given the circumstances you can always choose to play elsewhere.

Yep these guys do this, and really, they don't have any games or promos that others don't have better anyway, imv.

I'd rather go elsewhere to play anyway.

I've been banned for winning too much from some places, but others seem to welcome me back knowing I'll lose in the long run...and short run too for the most part.

Can you imagine a land casino banning you for winning, other than advantage plaers like in BJ, or actuall cheating.  On land, it seems the more I win, the bigger my promotions and comps, at least at the local casinos anyway.
