  • Hello I am from Uruguay and I have an account at casinobtc.bet.
    I made a deposit and played with bonus. I won and made sure that I finished the wagering requirements. And then I emailed the necessary documents and the site approved and verified it all. I made the withdrawal on February 5th. I emailed the site multiple times and said that the finance department is checking the request. I also asked live chat and they said the same thing. It has been more than a month and they have not paid still. Please help me.

    Hello, thank you for following up on this. In the 4 months that I have been trying to be paid the casino has not ever said that I breached terms and I am not sure what they are saying about "bonus abuse!"

    I deposited 3 times and received bonus each time because the casino gave to me. This is not abuse. This is extremely unethical behavior for them to say I am abusing the bonus they give me.

    We've received the following reply from the casino:

    "The player's account was locked in a base of point 10.3 of our Terms and Conditions."

    Their term 10.3 says this:

    "In the event that we believe a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gaming policy adopted by us, then we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Casino and/or block that user's account."

    We've asked them to give us some more details on what exactly happened here. Keep you posted.

  • How can they say I ABUSE their promotion?! What is this concept anyway. Is this like spousal abuse?
    The site gave me welcome bonus series which I accepted. They keep giving me the bonus as I deposit. NOBODY FORCED THEM to give me a bonus.

    First deposit I made 250 and they gave me 1000
    Second deposit I made 500 and they gave me 1000.
    I lost both of these.
    Third deposit I made 500 and they gave me 1000. I played until my balance was 2216 EUR. So my profit was 2216 - 1250 = 966 EUR.

    Then they say something stupid about bonus abuse and refuse to pay me out.

    Are they angry because I have net winnings rather than loss?

    They haven't given us any more details except what I've already written in my post above. We've asked them to give us more details, but we haven't received any response yet. Please note that this casino is not listed on the LCB site.

  • I played them a lot and lost tons too and they just keep throwing bonus offers left and right non-stop. They just make you want to deposit with new offers and promotions, email and such so reading they refuse to pay confirms my suspicions of this casino being scam. At some point i stopped because i felt something was wrong. They ask huge deposits sums, their withdrawal minimum is crazy huge i won 4.2k once in btc and i lost it trying to reach the minimum that was like 6-7k at the time. Now you say they refuse to pay if we use their promos? SCAM
