Well I won about 2200 on crown coins casino and have been verified for months well I finally go to cash out a win after spending hundreds of dollars and then they wanted a cc verification which I have friends that have won there before and never were asked for this but as I proceeded to tell them they were non-reloadable prepaid cards in mind you that I used a six months ago they wanted proof of credit card now that I’m trying to redeem as I told them they are prepaid cards and I do not have them anymore. They said that they would take a different card and then proceeded to send me the exact same type of card with the exact same first four numbers that I just explained I do not have because they are prepaid. Then as I made up my mind they weren’t going to cash me out and it was all lost I used it then I tell them “ Well, it doesn’t matter anymore because it’s gone now” then they say after finding out my winnings were used up "oh Well you won't need this verification on next redemption" like how did I need it 20 mins ago but now I'm 0 out oh now I don't need to verify the cc then the next they send me a message saying that they found a problem with my bank and that they were crediting my account, but not that but five minutes later than they tell me oh well that was a mistake. We didn't mean to send that message to you that wasn't meant for you.now there saying that because the credits were used I can't get no refund but they knew what would happen and what they hoped would happen happened but it's like they were even messing with me after the fact
so what do I do or is there anything that I can do because I feel I was Not given the services, I was promised because I played and played for months and didn't redeem anything and then as soon as I do, and I have to do this extra verification that I know three of my friends did not have to do on their redemption
