RESOLVED: Casino moons - How long does it take to process withdraws using bitcoin.

hey there, im from new zealand, firs time playing on casino moons, deposited 2 times and won $600usd off the 25 free spins. I requested a withdraw and waa told it would be done in 5 working days. I waited 7 working days, 9 days all up. I contacted them on the 6th working day to ask why my withdraw request hadnt been done yet, i was told it would be reviewed within a 1 day and i would recieve an email. never got an email. next day i logged in and the 600 was back in my acc. I contactes them again and was told i had to make a deposit before they would release funds? could have told me 9 days earlier. That was probably my fault for not reading the terms ‍♀️ anyways requested withdraw for the 2nd time. using bitcoin as the withdraw method. how long does the process take using bitcoin as i was told from them through live chat that botcoin is their fastest withdraw method. Almost 24  hours has passed since i requested the withdraw, give or take a few hours.
