    We have heard back from the casino. They checked and informed us that you requested a withdrawal few hours ago and that you need to verify your account first. After the successful verification, you need to allow the time frame of 72 hours for the payment process to be completed.

    We have posted the reply we got from the casino as we do not have a registered Casino Representative on the forum. 
    If you have submitted the required documents for verification, you just need to allow the time frame previously advised. Hopefully, the process will be completed in a timely manner.

    We still haven't received a reply from them. We'll contact them again to check what's going on.

    The Casino Representative advised us that you've been suspended as the fraud has been confirmed in your case. They say that you made multiple accounts to get the free bonus whilst only one account per player is allowed. 

    We've asked them to send us a proof that you made duplicate accounts. If they prove that you had duplicate accounts, we won't be able to help you any further in this case.

    The casino provided us with evidence that you had duplicate accounts. (2 accounts with same name, almost same address and same IP registration).

    Since you won playing with the registration bonus, making multiple accounts and never made a deposit at the casino, the casino won't pay your winnings.

    Please note that it is not allowed to have multiple accounts at any casino, therefore there's nothing more we can do to help you.
