I have checked the Terms and Conditions for this and sadly it says: "Any amount of bonus money above the original bonus amount received will be removed from the players account when the bonus becomes withdrawable." So that's what happened, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about it.

thanks jonny for reply,problem is I deposit £36, bonus was %100,i started with £72,when I was playin my balance was about £170 and that time system did withdraw about £140 and I started again with £36,i spoked with costumer service I been told that they got 140 from my balance I started again with £36 of their bonus,and I asked them these bonus is not sense because you giving me £36 and in the game you taking back,so where is the sense here now,normally when players get bonus 1 they try to meeting wager requment after that they can continue to playing if they want they can withdraw money(limited max cash out or unlimit max cash out),question is here why I played with bonus then?i would play with my money,it was going to be very easy then,think now,you put 100 play with 200,you are meeting with wager requment and you completing wager requment after that they their money back and you continue to play with same balance again with 100 where is the sense here,,when I spoke with them,i asked them this bonus what for?i have been told that this bonus for help costumer,how?if you understand me can you explain me pls  I m not sure maybe I m wrong

As to your problem, it looks like taking the bonus was just a waste of time.  The only thing it did give you was some extra play money.

You deposited 36, they gave you 36.  Anything you won with the bonus becomes theirs once you have made the playthrough.  So had you won it up to 2000, they would have taken 1964 from you and left you with your deposit of 36.  This bonus was literally a waste of your time.

Be sure to always read the terms of a bonus chip before you make a deposit - this will save you heartache like this afterwards.

As Johnny rightly says, there is nothing that you can do except don't deposit there with a bonus. 

You need to look for bonuses that are cashable.

Casino Heaven needs to change their name to casino hell (o) for that very devilishly bad bonus. It was a total waste of time even playing that bonus.I wonder what genius came up with that little beaut I wish you luck in the future and please read the terms carefully.

If what is said is true. That casino should be rogued and warning signs placed throughout. This is a crime that they are committing.
