CLOSED - Casino Fiz says they will pay me $350 on over $20,000 winnings!!

I registered a new account at Casino Fiz after receiving more than 1 e-mail from "Neil Barron, VIP Gaming Adviser",  who offered me a "350% bonus with no playthro or wagering requirements". I made an initial deposit of $35 and when playing a new slot game, I hit big and realized that I had bet $30 on what I thought was a $3 bet....wow! I continued playing & got my winnings up to over $22,000. First off, a chat rep said I needed to play my deposit & bonus thro 35X....ok, I did that, came back & he said I was good to cash out, and that a manager would call me the next day to discuss details. I was SO excited, my biggest win ever and I've been internet gaming for over 18 years, playing dozens of casinos. The next day I came home to an e-mail from "Stuart S, Account Manager", informing me that I would only be paid $350 which is 10X my initial deposit and that normally, they would also take back the bonus they gave me ($123), but they would make an exception in this case. Supposedly, somewhere in their agreement, make a deposit of less than $250, you can only cash out at 10X that amount. I have NEVER encountered such a rule, with the exception that some casinos will offer a 10X max cash out bonus, if you decide to choose that, and it is clearly stated when offered. NO WHERE did it indicate that it was a 10 X cash out bonus. I have copies of all correspondence and of my computer screen, showing winnings of over $20,000. This casino is scamming me. We gamble our money with the hope of "hitting big" and that's what I did.  NEVER invest your money with CASISO FIZ... TOTAL SCAMMERS

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

These guys are already on our warning list for the exact same reasons mentioned in your complaint, nonetheless I made a casino rep aware of it.

in future please read up on the casino before depositing and playing. This casino has a warning and clearly states on the review page:  Warning: Due to predatory and player unfriendly terms and conditions, along with reports of slow payments and confiscation of winnings, we are placing this Casino on our warning list.

We gave you the info and the power to steer clear from this brand. Please take our advice in future as it is time consuming for us to solve complaints.

Took me awhile to wise up to them but I stopped answering their calls and emails because I wasted a lot of deposits in that dumpster also. I hit jackpot and I did not cash out because of the 100 times play through. Threaten to report them to every complaint board online until they pay up and I hope you get all your well deserved money.

Yes these guys are no good. They have extremely predatory and roguish T&Cs, including that rule about 10 times max withdrawal on deposits less than $250.

Their withdrawal times and processing is one of the worst Ive ever seen. Over the course of past few years these guys have built really poor reputation with many complaints pertaining to slow cashouts, confiscation of winnings on bogus grounds, denial of winnings on the grounds of "advantage play" and so forth...

Believe it or not, I have been gaming online for years and just came upon this site while trying to find someone, anyone to report Casino Fiz  to. I never knew you existed and am at least happy to know that there is some sort of regulation out there. I often wondered if these scam sites were allowed to just rip people off since they are all located in far off countries. My bad. From now on, I will defer to your advise on which casinos are the best to play. This was my 1st time playing at Casino Fiz...I had never heard of them. They found me, and started sending me e-mails for special promotions. Thanks again for your time.

We were told this casino is willing to pay max of $700 .

Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do. As this casino has that rogue term (10 x max cashout rule ). I have to stress out again this is exactly why they ended up on LCB Warning list.

No honest casino would do this. Just because they place some shady rule in T&Cs does not make it right...
