RESOLVED: Casino Extreme making up rules as they go

So I had a lovely chat with Jason and Alex this afternoon.

Apparently even though there rules they can only apply cash backs based on the last 7 days of deposits.  There now going as far as now stating that they can also deduct withdrawals from your eligable cashback that are beyond the 7 day rule just to make up for any cash outs you've made on your account.

So when I went to go make a cash back request, they stated that I only qualified for a $3 cash back on a $50 deposit.  Which the advertised rate was 30% cash back on bonus free deposits.  So my cashback should have been $15.

So in a little twist they went beyond the 7 days rule and find a withdrawal that cancelled out part of $50 to make it only worth a $10 deposit.

Now tell me if I'm wrong, but based on the rule stated, basically they should state that deposits and withdrawal beyond the 7 days count now.

So long story short, I'm upset and have decided to close my account and would rather not play at a place that wants to make up rules and bend rules to there will to get there way.

So I'm going to issue my own warning, watch out Casino Extreme is using a vague term in there cash back to allow them to go beyond the last 7 days worth activity to void any future cash backs.

Alright now that I have calmed down a bit, I see what rule they are referring to but it still seem just as vague as ever.

I guess they have stated only lost deposits since last withdrawal or last cash back whichever one comes last are eligable.  Yet if you do qualify for a cashback they'll only qualify the last 7 days.  Still doesn't seem right at all.

So we can go back as far we need to, to disqualify a cash back request based on a withdrawal that's beyond the last 7 days worth of deposits.  Yet you can't claim beyond 7 days prior worth of deposits worth of cash back.

Seems like a good cop out rule to have in there terms.  I would highly still advise against using this casino if your really heavy into using promotions because of said loop holes in them.  Otherwise if you never plan on recieving a bonus or using a promotion you might be alright.

This is the term you are referring to right?

7.6. Standard Cashback Bonus Rules

h. Only lost deposits since last withdrawal or cash back are eligible for a cash back promotion (which ever comes last on account).

I have sent you an email regarding this issue .

Let me explain  the rule here  ,Funds withdrawn from cash back or any other free money in case of being redeposited are not eligible for further cash back promotion . What happened here is that you withrew from previous free promotion and the amount eligible was $10 afterwards .

With that being said we will remove this 7 days  rule because it caused some kind of missunderstaing here ,however it was not applied in this case as we just deducited the funds withdrawn from a free promotion.

You account has been ajdusted accordingly and hope we will avoid this kind of issues in a future .

It's resolved, but I'm still not happy that I'm being belittled over said rules that was in place  Once I had withdrawn, and it was beyond the 7 days.  To me this wasn't just simply "redepositing" funds.  To me that would have been withdrawing from the promotion, then turning around making another deposit with 24 to 48 hours.

To me casinos really need to stop using the term redepositing so loosely.  So yes it's resolved in the sense the correct cash back had been credited.  Yet trying to make me look like an person out to scam on a promotion isn't much appeciated.

I would appreciate using better facts in the future.

i loved this casino, and deposited often then i noticed some changement 

little by little possibility of winning reduced until deseappearing almost 

never had a bonus anymore 

i just hope i am wrong, it would be a big deception
