Thanks for your quick response!!  Got a question on this, though.

Are you saying that if we have a bonus of any type with playthrough requirements on it, and our balance drops below $1, then we switch to a non-allowed game and get the balance back up, that we still have to meet the playthrough requirements of the original bonus?  (even tho it had dipped below $1)

This is a confusing area for me, and I think some others here, so clarification will help.

Unfortunately yes ,this is something we have no control of and when it happens which is not so usual we have to inform the customer that he still needs to wager more. Restricted games are always restricted even if you complete a play through ,as you don't play with with a bonus free deposit .

This is a good reason for me to avoid your casino. Never have I heard a RTG still applying terms after a balance has become cashable because it dropped below $1. This is petty and nick picking. Any RTG that dose this really needs to get their act together.
