Я получил письмо, чтобы подтвердить на мой аккаунт я отправил все документы, на которых была проверена моя учетная запись, и я начал ждать вывода денег, но получил письмо о том, что теперь моя страна больше не принимается в Беларуси. Я был потрясен. Я сразу же написал им письмо, которое я сыграл, прежде чем вы очистили мою страну, и мои деньги приходят к выводу, что они все равно. предложил снять мои выигрыши с тех пор, как он был переигран перед новыми правилами, они отказались. У меня есть огромная просьба помочь в этом вопросе.

    You must be upset and fraustrated. Did they even provide you their reason why they did this?

    I'm sure LCB will contact the casino direct and try to work it out with casino rep and managers. Just translate your post to English and LCB  support team will contact you right away try to help you and resolve it.

    We finally heard back from the casino's support team after sending them several reminders. They advised us that they can't share any info with us due to confidentiality and security reasons. They invite you do go to their Contact page at the bottom of the website and fill it in as accurately as possible. Since they can't assist us in this matter please do as they advised and let us know if they reply back.
