I understand your position and you do raise some good points that I too agree to ( they could of went and asked him to take a photo of him holding the ID ).

But you are focusing only on what casino could/should of done, and neglecting what the player has done, which are two major issues:

A. Sending an expired document
B. Altering the expiry date of the ID

The A. alone gives Casino the right not to verify their account, until they provide a valid one. And unfortunately there is the B. which we all agree is a fraud.

And then there is the C. - the OP refused to answer my direct question in regards to altering the expiry dates. Here you have LCB trying to help and then the OP not being entirely straightforward with us. Not saying he was lying us, what I am saying he never provided with answer we asked of him ( few times ).

And yes casino could of exercised more flexibility and its what we suggested them, but from their point of view who is to say that the OP would not try to defraud them again?

Also refunding to Skrill ( if in fact the money were stolen ) would only benefit the person those funds were stolen from ( if that was the case ), and not the person that stole from them.

Now we did go to great lengths to resolve this complaint and we tried to get the OP paid.  In our efforts we encountered a firm position by a casino ( again i cant say I blame them, even though I dont agree with them ), with lack of flexibility ( which we think is a mistake ).

It is what it is and if the OP did not do what he did, then the outcome would most certainly have been different.

P.S.

As we are closing this complaint , we are reopening our investigation as to alleged pirated software.

We will keep all of you updated.

So, first of all, I want to explain the reason, and because I have not made any comment or opposition, with regard to this situation ...

I am a volunteer of the (Italian Red Cross, Regional Committee of Sicily) I am part of the coordination of emergency operations, with even the volunteers (Civil Protection) of the Trapani area.

On Monday, they landed, another 700 migrants, 702 to be exact, on the ship at the port of "Doctors without Borders" And so we were very busy all week, to arrange the transfer of migrants in reception centers in other regions Italian ...
Since, some of the countries' (European Union) to be absolutely insensitive and disinterested!
