  • Over a week ago I found 777.be and got a few no deposit bonuses.

    In the end I got to a 100 euro payout. I sent my documents that live chat told me to send. 

    After 48 hours I was asked to send another document in order for the payout to be processed. I sent that document the same day.

    Another 48 hours later the casino came up with another thing before payout could be done; phone verification ... I told them fine and they replied that within 48 hours someone should call ...

    Sadly to report that this was 3 days ago ... I contacted live help and email help several times but the only thing I get back for 3 days now is the same message; someone will call you within 48 hours . ..

     

    I kinda gave up ... never ever had wait for SO LONG for a payout or even to get verified. Worse thing is that everywhere on the site you will find payouts will be processed within 48 hours ... they lie and they also find all sort of things to delay payouts until you just kinda give up.

     

    My worst experience ever with a casino and now I also thought I should share my experience with them here to warn everyone else NOT to play there.

     

    In the case LCB can do something ... my username there is Mikey1985

    I have beem waiting 96 hours instead of 48) before a phonecall verification is done ... and all the above things I described ...

    So nothing fast ... I think payment wont happen anymore

    I also think its not the place and time for you to tell how good and fast they are ... you make me sound like a person that isnt honest and to be honest that annoys me very very much

  • I'm just saying that not always there is problems with account verification. I don't think that you are not honest! I'm sure that you will solve this problem and get your moneysmiley. don't give up!

  • Just now I got an email telling me they have wired the money to my bankaccount ... and that without the phone verification that they said was necessary ...

    Ofcours First seeing is believing ... so will keep you posted if and when its on my bankaccount ... but it seems the problem is solved ...

    When there wont be a payment tomorrow I think I should give up ... Sad though!

    No worries. As I told you we contacted them again to ask about your payment. Let you know once we get the relevant info.

    Ah well ... I guess I should be happy with the outcome in the end ... and lesson learnt; I will avoid this casino forever in the future ;)
