UNRESOLVED: Cash olot casino

So I made a deposit and played and won the max 10 times deposit so my bank doesn't except wire transfers international and I had personal things as in my job my housing and basically my life so I got the copies made and have sent them twice and not heard back either time and now there telling me I have to make another deposit or I can't cash out my money I won from the last deposit because it has been two months since my last deposit so how do I get my money some advice would really help I need that money that I've been saving it for some things I have to do I get a new job gas hair cut things to fainter work force and I don't have any money to deposit again until I get back to work thanks for any help you may be able to give me

Hi there, may I ask which casino you are refering to?

Never mind, I have found it and it's a Rival powered casino and also I couldn't find any proof of licence in their website, no link to it, so in other words this is an unlicensed casino which means they can do anything whatever they want. Or maybe their licence is hidden somewhere but then again, why would you hide it? I'd advise you to file a complaint and see how it goes.

Not sure how to do that I opened my account through here so I'm hoping they can help but I don't know I put off playing rival casino for a long time and I knew I should have not chang4ed my policy but you know hind site and all that thanks for your reply

dean19 i wouldreally be thankfull for any help. the whole thing makes  no since to me i have 722.00 in my account so why would i have wanted to make another deposit while im still playing onthe last one

I have I did find out I was sending my docs to the wrong email address so I sent them again to the one the person on live chat said I had asked them to inform me when they received the and still hadn't heard back if they got them or not.i am going to open another bank account that dose except international wire transfers and then I'm going to push them about it I still need to get the c.f. authorization form then get it printed off so I can sign it and then scan it and send it back I asked them to send me it with my other docs but still having heard from them so I can't do that yet

.I'm starting to think there not going to pay me and that really sucks as I really do need it it was kinda my little banked deal I thought I could depend on when I got ready to start looking for my new home job and where I'm going to live but maybe not.please let me know if you here anything I am not going to contact them to much until I get my new bank account I did go ahead and play 25$ of my money so if they want to push this deposit before I can cash I'm going to not take a bonus and just cask out my 500 I lose out on 25 but if that's all I lose I'll figure I did good.thanks
