    This is just crazy - I cannot verify my account. It has been more than month and I cannot get in touch with this casino. I sent them the docs they required over a month ago and after this I have written them emails trying to figure out why they wouldn’t verify my account. This is the only way I can actually contact them since they do not have the live chat. But this is just not working, so I am really not happy about this. How could this take so long and when i will finally be able to get my money...

    We finally got a reply from the casino rep, he was on vacation. So he advised us that your payout is pending and it should be settled this week. Please let us know as soon as the money hit your account.

    They are ignoring our emails as well. We keep on sending reminders, they promised they'd help us sort out the issues but still nothing. We'll send them another reminder.
