RESOLVED: Candyland withdrawing from no deposit bonus

Hello, I've seen new no deposit bonus on Candyland casino, I've wagered it and have 90$ on my balance, I also verified my account, but support says I need to make not only deposit in amount of balance I want to withdraw(90$ of deposit), but I also have to wager 1x whole balance(180$). And they also have minimal withdrawal amount of 100$. So it means that If I deposit 90$ to withdraw 90$, while I will be wagering 180$ iven x1(it feels like small, but if slots will be dead I will loose most of this amount and won't be able to withdraw iven what I deposited because of the minimum withdrawal of 100$). I feel it is unfair and ask LCB to contact representative to check this ask of support. Thanks

Let me Clarify the following inquiries.

In order to comply with the anti-money laundering act, we require customers to complete this step.
This information is available on:

• The terms and conditions which are agreed upon completing the registration of the player's account
• An email that is sent automatically upon requesting your first withdrawal
• A section on the main page explaining how to request a withdrawal and all requirements.

That said, I believe there's a misunderstanding between the terms max cashout and minimum withdrawal.

The Minimum withdrawal is $25, and the max cashout for this free promotion is $100. Once your deposit is wagered you will be able to withdraw the $90 made from the promotion, plus the balance of your verification deposit as long as the balance built with your verification deposit does not exceed $100 (in case it does, the exceeding balance over $100 will be removed)

After completing this process you will be able to withdraw your initial $90 plus get your deposit back for a total of $190.

Hope this clarifies any misunderstanding.

You would have to wager the entire balance 1x time on slots, if you have not requested a withdrawal yet, this would apply to your current balance + deposit. However, you could request the withdrawal now - max cashout 100.00-, and then make the matching deposit and wager it. "

As support agent said I can ask withdrawal of balance I already wagered from welcome bonus, and only after make matching deposit. So it means that I need to wager x1 only matching deposit and not whole balance. Then I may just withdraw my deposit after x1 wagering. Is everything correct?

That is correct, I will reach our internal team to ask them to clarify the requirements.
Only the deposit must be wagered 1x on Slots, to be able to withdraw your winnings and your verification deposit.

As of August 13th, the Candyland Casino Exclusive No Deposit Bonus has made some significant changes of which can be seen HERE. There will no longer be a verification deposit as it has been causing much confusion among the players and causing many complaints.
