Hi team,
Our terms and conditions state that a verification deposit is required when claiming your free bonus for the first time.
This information is available on several sections of the website. The terms and conditions, a dedicated section explaining how to withdraw, and there is also a disclaimer (Shown in the screenshot posted by this user) on the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Be careful with these two folks MadamMilly. Candyland is a sister Casino of NewVegas Casino - neither of them are licensed. You're fighting a losing battle here - KingNemo is close to these two Casinos, he won't be much help with this. There are other reps on here that'll do a better job, but unfortunately you won't have any luck here. KingNemo especially - he claims it's about the players, but look at the cases he's reviewed. Doesn't do a single thing nor looks at facts, especially with the Casinos he's close with. And whatever you do, do not play on Candyland or NewVegas. They'll take your money and they do not pay (not licensed either as I had mentioned).
There is a reason LCB took the fact that NewVegas isn't licensed off of there review on here. Just a bunch of fake accounts giving those casinos a decent rating. I'll message you off of here and give you more info. They're all in for a real treat very soon regardless.

Like I told MadamMilly - RUN away from this Casino and its sister Casino, NewVegas. Also - no point in asking KingNemo for help. He's in cohouts with both of these Casino's and will "rule" in favor of anything these two Casino's want to happen. I'd argue the casinos either pay LCB or KingNemo directly to assist them with their matters. Regardless - RUN. Do not let either of these Casino's take your money. They'll be blacklisted soon, so don't waste your time.

I tested it in other casinos as shown in the screenshot everything works fine it does not depend on the browser phone or any other reason, they just have a problem with the cashier do not blame it on the players everything is fine with us you can see the same software the same cashier but without problems open in another casino similar

We've reached our software provider since this seems to be an issue specific to this account or Armenia as a country since we don't have any other reports on issues with the cashier at the moment, as we have also tried accessing the cashier from different locations.
However, upon further research. We've noticed that the account belonging "- Xach Danyelan, does not qualify for the exception made to the welcome LCB bonus LCB80SPINS.
(We do have a deposit verification for free bonuses or welcome bonuses with the exception of the LCB80SPINS bonus)
Winnings made from Mr.Xach were made on free spins sent to customers by email, these are not exempt from the deposit verification.
At the moment this account has claimed 4 different free promotional spins with no deposit in between for a total of 150 free spins in total. The winnings made belong to "50 free spins for Incan Rich" which require a verification deposit in case there's no previous deposit on the account.
