  •                   I  need help with btc-casino.io.    My games frequently stop in the middle of play;  more importantly,  they seem to do this while in the middle of a bonus round.  This seems to happen more frequently with the NetEnt games I have noticed.    Yesterday  during a bonus round on "Dead or Alive"  with about 8 or 9 spins remaining,  the screen went blank  and I received an error message that said  This game is not available at this time.  This happened around  11: 55  AM,  EST.  Customer service was notified.  I'm  frustrated with this because this has happened on numerous occasions and I have informed them of this.  Please help me with this.

  •               Thank you,  I have  informed them  of the situation right after it happened.  I  was informed it was given to the "technical department" .  I am a loyal  player and put a lot of money in and have Diamond VIP status.  I  do not like having to wait weeks  for answers.    I have still not heard back from previous issues that were almost identical to this one.

    I believe the whole purpose of this complaint is because your support was giving the OP a runaround. So you are not being really helpful by suggesting he should contact the support again, when that obviously led to nowhere...
