                    I  know I just had an issue resolved with  them  but I am still waiting on a withdrawal request I made on 12/8  for 100mBTC .    The last withdrawal I made took 10 days, the one before that only took a few hours.  I don't  understand  the inconsistency.    Any help here would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
