    Please help,  I made a withdrawal request on 11/23  for 2500mBTC.    I need this withdrawal to be processed today please.  I was out of town  for most of last week so I really couldn't address it .

                  It was 11/23.    I have contacted CS numerous times.  They have been very polite but I don't feel I'm getting anywhere.

                  Thanks Melcb,  I had an  issue resolved with them last week,  made a couple deposits and had a withdrawal  processed in a few hours.    I  made the larger withdrawal request later that day and now it's been over a week.

                      I need help again.  This time it's a 100mBTC  withdrawal  that I requested on  12/8 .  It's been 3 days now.  I don''t  understand,  I have had withdrawals for more than that take only  a few hours.  I have contacted customer service many times and I am sure they are tired of me by now.  Please help.
