Sorry if there are errors( grammar) but I'm so pissed off having arguing with their chat-guy.

This is the worst casino I ever come across. Their idea of bonuses really peculiar. I got free spins (registered through another affiliate, but rules are the same) and I was really glad, they were so called big spins, worth 1€ each, 20 free spins in total. Well, I won 17.70€ from those spins, but whe I started any game there were no money on my account. I checked bonus secttion on my account:there it stood 20 times wagering for 17.70€ winnings 344€ But then everything went wrong. You did not get that 17.70€ to play with, no, you had to deposit real cash to start wagering. Then I just deposited a small sum (wanted to try sms depositing) 2.96€ After that there was this 2.96€ on my account, but that was not all: on my account's bonus section was another bonus line with a sum of 2.96€ 45 times wagering , So I had a second bonus to wager , but that was in queue, because the oyher was active. Most interesting was that this bonus of 2.96€ was nort on my account's credit, I had only 2.96€. I contacted the live chat but that guy was an idiot. he told me about coefficients and factors, but he saw no wrong with their system.I just stated that a player can never win if bonuses just grow with every deposit He urged me to deposit to get my winnings and I asked him if he thought that I'd deposit , in worst case, over 300€ to get my 17.70€ free spins winnings THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE, I felt like in Kafka's novel. How this casino exist, that's just robbery. I don't know where I should I contact rto report this casino. BE AWARE OF PLAY FORTUNA CASINO!!!!!

This is what my Avira protection progrm tells me:"Warning! This site might harm your system. It was blocked for your protection.

As for your claim about 17.70€ bonus from free spins - it is good opportunity for new players to get some bonus with extra low wager x20, is not it ? As for our bonus policy generally - our bonus cannot take place in bets, what is why it has a low wager and has no any restriction for withdrawal real funds. Most casinos generally use two types of bonus policy:
1) A player receives a bonus on first deposit, can use it directly in the games, but may have a limit on the maximum bet or even on the maximum cash out. And if the player is not even using the bonus, wins and wants to withdraw money before wagering, then all his winnings repeals and bonus cancels.

2) The bonus is credited to a separate account which can not be used for bets. In this case, there is no limit on the maximum bet or win. Furthermore, if the player wins and wants to withdraw funds before wagering, it can be done, just bonus will be canceled. The first and the second bonus policy types have its pros and cons. We use the second type for calculating the first deposit bonus to let players enjoy the game without any restrictions.

It is so because we do not have any restrictions for players who get bonus for the first deposit. The bonus is credited to a separate account which can not be used for bets. Eventually bonus is the additional funds that gives a chance to get more while playing on real money.
