I held a top rated VIP account at Bodog, depositing large amounts monthly for quite awhile. I do not have a problem losing money to gambling as I understand its one of the biggest factors when choosing to do so. However, I sent an e-transfer through BNA payments, luckily the amount wasn't as large as others, but it was "lost". This was the first time ever that it had occurred. My bank investigated, assured they had collected the amount, etc. They kept pushing it off like it was going to bankrupt their website and eventually told me that he e-transfer on my bank statement from my roommate was them return my money. I had my account completely closed down and I am unable to user their site ever again...Just to be clear the amount they took was 40cad and my account has process 100k's...This isn't the money obviously, for me it was the principle of them not being able to acknowledge their mistake and also not showing any apologetic nature. They went fight and flight and I gave up... I asked them since it happened, about 2-3 months ago and it was always the same ignorant story. Two years ago they too $450 dollars from a withdraw I had made, as they told me I inputted the wrong address, etc. Which was a complete utter lie. I think its so sad that sites like this need to be so greasy and unrespectful, especially when your innocently gambling and paying their bills and mistakes, not vice versa. Its sad as well the owner is "Canadian" I see absolutely no qualities that are displayed in his business of what a true Canada is, makes me kind of embarrassed as Canadians we tend to be creep- fully nice and over apologetic when opening a door for someone else...that is all.

The casino rep advised us that the brand was able to show you when the sum was returned back to you on your statement. The player was given (and used) 2 x $65 bonuses on Jan 24^th, which is way more than the $40. The funds were credited back to the player's bank account on 26 Jan 2022.
