  • I am not trying to make LCB look bad in any way but I noticed something that is very disturbing. I have done hours of research through thousands of posts on Direx nx casinos like Bitstarz and mBit. It is very clear that all casinos under this gaming license are in breach of their contract with the Curacao Government by continuing to not block USA players. Every time this complaint is brought up the mod says they will look into it and sometimes it's fixed when a player gets a refund but the main problem continues. My concern is why would LCB continue to promote a group of casinos that are doing this. I won about $25k from each one so $50k but was voided and account closed because they don't accept USA players. When asked for at least my deposits back they both refused and deleted my accounts from their system. Something needs to be done about these guys.
     

  • I’m from US and have never had an issue cashing out from either casino. 

  • Well that's good for you but doesn't do anything for me or the many others that have been robbed by this shady casino. One more thing I would like to point out, the main concern is they are in breach of their own gaming regulations.

  • Any withdrawal less than 250 bucks will get paid out. If they do pay you out on anything over 250 its because they think you're a whale and will give it all back and then some. Its the perfect risk reward for them. The best part is how the reps will start talking trash cause you wanted to withdraw 1/100th of what you had depoisted. 

    This was what happened to my friend.

  • This sounds about right because after reading posts here on LCB and other sites they like to only steal from players that try to withdraw big amounts.

  • This is surprising.  They definietely used to allow players from the US.  I have made a bunch of deposits and withdraws but not for the past couple years.

    I asked support and they confirmed that they no longer allow US players.

    However, they reached out to tell me, my account is still open and I'm able to deposit but there's nothing about it in the terms other than it saying Netent games are not available to US players (which implies that other games are).

    Shady.

  • They are in big trouble and if I were them I would contact LCB to work something out with me. Quincy Girigorie don't play any games we have spoke many times and are friends on Facebook, he is waiting for my investigation report to be finished and presented to him. I am already finished with my finger on the send button.

  • Direx casinos can and are fun at times, they pay fast and it's all fun but sometimes they do things... heh. My multiple complaints in this sections says it all. But heh other casinos taking days or weeks to payout is even more of a joke on how to scam players into reversing faking imaginary delays. But they have some habits... like one today after i lost 1000$+ in past 2 weeks doing 40p bets that suddenly see my deposits slow down by a lot and i finally get to win a little from roulette and cash out and after 2 years of playing everyday and being ID'ed in a site that says they dont ID lol suddenly ask me for new screen shots of my wallets and all... Was obviously another abuse of the money laundering law with the simple goal to know where i stand, what i have in my wallets to play. It's just crazy insane how casinos abuse that law left and right, it's probably the law they loved the most ever and nobody anywhere in the world discuss the use the casinos make of this law. When a casino identify, you.. 1-2-3 times then out of nowhere wants screen shots of your bank and wallets again after big wins, big losses, trust me they are not verifying your identity, they are verifying what's left to take from you hehe. Of course after providing the documents they paid me since im a regular vip, but i knew from the start in that spot with past events the exact reason why they asked these documents and when called on it, just never replied to me. lol

  • There are so many issues with direx on a regular basis where irregular things happen that i came to the conclusion that since i wanted the cash out speed and manoeuvrability that direx casinos offer i had to just resign myself to call and open PAB on some of these issues and then look what happen and slowly reduce my list of direx nv casinos i play to the ones that pay me my due and fix issues when they happen (like cleo again recently that paid back all dues on the last PAB) allowing me to play only a few of them anymore as the others are just plain scamming all over the place and when you try to say something they literally finger you... I can think of cleopatra, playamo, oshi, bitcoinasino.io and betchan that been either flawless or fixed my issues when opening PAB, others... omfg i won't even start on all the scam lmao. But these casinos i was fine because i am canadian. Americans whine all over internet, but they know more than anyone they are not allowed, that THEIR government made it illegal so going in against the law then blaming casinos for having fun on their behalf is very hypocrite. In that case both player and casinos are wrong, but what do americans really expect?!?

    They have provided us with an evidence showing that your account /case was actually closed due to multiple accounts opened.
    Certainly, that is a breach of their Terms and Conditions. 
    Moreover, they have informed us that all of your complaints about this same matter made in the past 3 years were rejected by Curacao. 

    As already advised, we will discuss the matter of geo-blocking in general with certain casinos, however, since you breached this casino's T&C, there is nothing that we can additionally do to assist you.
