    Hi, I am from South Africa...and love betting online.

    But with Bitdreams casino its so dificult to verify myself.

    I made a deposit with my visa debit card, got small winnings but cant withdraw due to verification. Bitdreams request document stating my name and surname with card details on one letter, but the bank I am banking with in South Africa do not give confirmation letters of bank cards (With all the fraud), only account details confirmation. My bank also do not give details of card on a letter stating that this specific card is linked to my bank account. On my bank statement of my bank account it does show the last 4 digits of the card transaction. I send it to Bitdreams but still the statement not approved. What should I do ?
