Longtime player at this casino. I generally don't win big there, my cashouts are typically around $600 to $700, and I have never had an issue. I have cashed out at least a dozen times in the past couple of years.

Recently, I won $5,000 and all of a sudden, I am getting the runaround. They just keep telling me to be patient. And I have been patient -- this is a casino that advertises itself as "instant" and in the past they have always cashed me out within an hour. Now I have actually won something and they are stalling, if not outright refusing to pay.

This is not a bonus win, I don't have any KYC issues, I don't use multiple accounts, none of that applies here. They are just straight up unwilling to pay.

Watch out with this place. It seems that they will pay but only if you cash out a modest amount.

Here is a record of how long it typically takes them to fulfill a withdrawal request. I am starting to wonder if perhaps this place is insolvent and cannot cover the winnings in question here.
