RESOLVED: Bitcoincasino.io complaint

Same happened to me, the casino scammed me more or less 10USD in BTC.

The shutted my accound down because of "admin reasons"  or something like that.

I won alot at an online casino. I was using bonuses they were advertising and after I won a few thousand i wasnt able to log in anymore. I was furious.

You should post it on the forums cause the casino owners (who probably own this site as well) will see your not going to just lie down and take it.

no but its happened at numerous casinos. They offered me bonuses. I won a little and then i was unable to log in.

"The player played with the money which he didn't actually deposit. He didn't confirm his transaction in blockchain. And he did confirm only after he made two zero bets in the roulette through opposite betting (which is also violation).

The player breached the following clause in the Terms and Conditions:

10. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

• participating in any type of collusion with other players • development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings • fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers • chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made • creating two or more accounts • other types of cheating

Opposite betting and double spend are also considered as ways of cheating."

it's nice, because i did that 0 bets on the roulette just to be able to withdraw because of the rules of the casino.

The money that I wanted to withdraw was just mine, I deposited it to the account so it's mine.

The reason because I did this is because I did the deposit, and thenI started reading forums telling this page is a scam.

Well, for me is a scam, for me to bet MY money (no bonuses) on both black and red to be able to withdraw is not a fraud but ok!!!!!

At least I just deposisted 10$, be carefull people with this guys! there are a lot of casinos regulated that you can use your cryptocurrencies.

Since you breached casino T&C there is nothing further we can do for you. This is the casino's final decision which won't be changed. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can file a complaint to their licensor. 

so please let me understand how it works:

I reload 10$ in btc to my account.

After that I start checking on internet and I see that this casino has a lot of problems with customers.

I decide to withdraw MY 10$ because I DON'T TRUST THIS CASINO.

All the time I was trying to witdraw MY MONEY, I was getting and error.

I decided to start a chat with the casino asking why wasn't working.

They told me I had to bet my money I don't remember how many times in order to be able to withdraw it.  (all this with no bonus so I think they can't do that?).

I decided to bet 5 on black and 5 on red 2 times. (They didn't tell me I couldn't do that on that chat)

After 2 days I tryed to log in again on my account and this was disabled with any notification, email, or even a reason.

I try to conctact them via chat again and they tell me they canceled my account because admin reason.

Very profesional yes, and also so fair.
