RESOLVED: Bingo Hall - Has this happened to others

Hi Everyone,

I have been playing at Bingo Hall for 1-2 years, I make the minimum deposit of $10 US and have a bonus added on to this, I also claim the Bingo Hall voucher at LCB in the shop for $5.00 with my LCB coins in between deposits. 

I was eventually going to increase my deposits once I decided if it was worth it to play at Bingo Hall, now this has been done for me by Bingo Hall I think and they will not tell me what is going on, I found this to be very upsetting because I have liked this site and now am not sure if I can trust them. I am writing this on LCB to find out if others have gone through something similar and to get it cleared up. If BIngo Hall is dishonest I will stop playing there.

This is how it happened. I have been making $10.00 deposits for about 1 year or so, I have not made a lot, I think I made about six of them or so, I think I had one deposit that was $13.00. It was lately that I though hmmm, I like this site and am going to increase my deposits, I felt this when I noticed they had Microgaming games and I also liked the BIngo very much, and they had many slots I liked, I felt I had found a Bingo site I grew to enjoy playing at very much, not only could I play BIngo, but great slots too and I found the software easy to use.

I then went to make my $10.00 deposit and it was declined, I tried it a few times, did not work, I contacted live chat they told me to increase my deposits, I thought why would they say this, it does say the minimum deposit is $10. I then got suspicious and left, and went to a Microgaming Casino and used the same deposit method that was declined at Bingo Hall, and it worked fine at the MIcrogaming Casino. I knew then something was wrong at Bingo Hall.

I then decided about 1 week later to deposit $25 at Bingo Hall and it went through, I claimed my bonus, so I knew Bingo Hall did something to make me deposit more. I was upset because why would they lie about this, they told me that I had to increase my deposits to $16, that did not work before so now it worked at $25. 

I am now thinking what if I won? would they pay me? maybe this site is rigged and I will never win here? maybe not, maybe, please let me know what your experiences have been like at Bingo Hall, positive or negative. Thank you. :)

Hi Gloriabe, I have been registered with Bingo Hall for about 3 years.  Actually they were my very first online casino to start gaming with.  At the beginning, I was just playing for fun.  Then I just recently began playing again regularly.  Also, I´m registered with Bingo for Money and Vics.  I really have grown to like them and periodicaly deposit with all 3 casinos.  I have had fun, and been lucky enough to cashout $100 a couple of months ago with Bingo Hall. I have reviewed and gave a 5.0 rating to Bingo Hall.  As a matter of fact, I just played last night, and have plans to play within the next hour. I bingo back to back with $1000 three times. I was the only one and really felt like it was given. You can view my forum and post.  I was looking for the link, but could not find it and will reply so you can see my comments.  That lucky day happened to from purchasing an LCB Shop Item.  

And I have always deposited either $7 or maybe sometimes $10 with no problem, but was asked if I could deposit $100 or $50.  When I was asked, I just responded with not today, maybe next week, or I had to check my account.  Then I just went to the cashier and chose what I wanted to deposit.  But, I am only able to deposit with my Debit}Credit Card, and withdrawals have to be processed in Bitcoin.  Which I think this is because, I am from the USA.  But that is okay, I just accept it and if I need the cash, just transfer it from my Bitcoin wallet to my bank.  USA players are not allowed anymore to register unless they were previously registered.

I will say that my most recent play resulted in some signs of ... Actually, I would rather not comment on the issues in the forum.  Because of the privacy, terms, conditions, etc.  I would rather that display it without consulting Direct Support or just leave it alone and make my own decision to continue or not.

I hope I was able to help you, without leaving you curious.  

But I am going to play at Bingo Hall and deposit in a few.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The casino should not increase the min deposit if it is stated on their website that the min deposit is 10$. However, we can check with them why they did so.

Thank you for getting back to me Bingo Hall Rep. 

I am not sure what to think about this, I have deposited $10 for quite awhile and never had a problem depositing. I did ask your live chat and they did not help me much, there was different answers from your chat operators. I have not won at all while depositing here at Bingo Hall, not one cash out, even small. I do like the site, and will continue to deposit here and watch closely if I can trust your site, if not I will leave it. I have run into dishonest gambling sites that have cheated me out of money so I am hesitant about Bingo Hall because of what has recently happened regarding not being able to deposit $10 suddenly, yet others are. If you are telling me the truth that would be great, I hope you are.

I do like playing at BingoHall but I will quit this site if I anything happens that seems they are cheating me, one never knows and has to watch carefully, I have been cheated once before from a Casino site, so will watch this, and have heard others get cheated from time to time online from Casino sites, best to watch and ask others. I have been paid from other Casino sites and BIngo sites and know that there are some good sites out there hopefully Bingo Hall is one of them. :)
