UNRESOLVED: Big fraud story tarabet.com

Hello everyone.
I have been a member of Tarabet.com for about 1 year. On March 18, 2022, I earned 198k in local currency Turkish lira. Site officials stated that they will send the amount within 24 hours. When I tried to log in to my account on March 19, 2022 at 17.00 local time, I received an incorrect password warning. By connecting to the live support line, I informed that I could not access my account even though I entered my password correctly and that there was a problem. They also informed me that my account is active now and even the game is being played, which was pretty terrible news. I wanted to reset the password and they reset it with some security questions. I was able to log into my account at 17:16 and saw that my 198k earnings were completely destroyed. Someone logging into my account, between 16:07-17:06, my entire balance was deliberately and quickly destroyed in one game. I conveyed that this situation is suspicious and does not belong to me. site officials opened a registration, and in our conversation 2 days later, they claimed that I changed the password and destroyed the balance. I technically asked at what time and by which method the password change was made, but they blocked me. I sent dozens of e-mails to the license company, but they are not responding. The two factor authentication system is not available on the casino site. they can change my password from their admin panel as they wish, they have the authority to do so. But they don't want to prove that they didn't do it themselves. I tried to contact Curacao EGaming company through many channels, not even a single response was received. The site changed my password to its own person using its authority and destroyed my winnings in a game I had never played before in order not to pay me. They also admitted by mistake that my account was logged in from an IP address belonging to a city that I do not live in.
Please help me, I can't get a response even though I sent an e-mail to curacao government officials. I really need your help. please support me
