Big Dollar Casino Complaint

Hi there, i was sent a check good for a bonus for a casino I dont play and dont deposit at. I went played and won my $100. since i dont know them and dont know if they will pay, I asked for my withdraw in bitcoin. So chat says, oh you cannot withdraw with that until you have deposited three times. they also asked for a cc. I said, i only would use bitcoin with you. I have won, I am trying to see if you are good, and I would like my winnings. then I emailed them as well. can you please help me get my initial winnings via bitcoin? and see if this casino is on the up and up . a long time ago before i was a member of lcb i won on a free coupon with bet big dollar i on 100 and it was very difficult to process my winnings . the only thing they had avaible was a bank transfer so i had to open a bank account that would accept the wire and i tired about 4 or 5 times and the whole process takes a week to just get started then about another week to process. well about 4 or 5 times of trying this and it failing and alot of wasted time and energy My account balance was at 100 dollars because the funds kept being sent back to the casino and they would just add it to my account and with the winnings being so small i just started to feel like it wasnt enough to keep trying to worry about and then i asked 2 or 3 three representatives that if i kept having trouble with the process of my withdrawal of the 100 dollars is it still being processed as a free chip with a max cash out of 100 or can it be added as a deposit with ni cash out winnings / i as hoping i could take the 200 as a deposit and then turn it into bigger innings to make it more worth the hassle and aggravation as it was to just withdraw the money , well i asked 4 different representatives that question and still have the transcripts and i even called and talked to an account manager over the phone  and they all said the same thing that it was already added as a deposit since being that i had so much trouble to just withdraw and that the 100 had no max cash out and that  could use the 100 and play and there was definatltey no mac cash out that it wasnt a free chip that the system already had processed your withdrawal for the free chip and this 100 was a deposit and i made extra sure of this being the case before i played with any of the money seeing that when it was a free code i was [laying with the max cash out was 100 so i didnt ant to lose it and that was the min that they offered for withdrawals so i made extra extra sure and like i said they all told me the same thing so i proceeded to play with the 100 and then i hit for 2000 dollars and then when  try to withdraw that they were then saying it was only a 10 i could cash out even tho i had shown them the transcripts that their representatives said different and even sent them a recording of the conversation i had with the agent over the phone that said different but it was giving me so much trouble and made me so mad that all they were trying to give me was 100 and not the 2000 i just never even logged in again but i thought i would share my experience to the lcb community in case anyone was thinking about playing here but me for myself i stay away from bet big dollar and any casino that even reminds me of it with the same games and platform . it was a terrible waste of time and made me sooo upset,

yeah it was a long time ago and i still never logged back in but i am sure someone up there remembers my name i was on the phone talking to them alot just trying to withdraw the 100 and then the thing with the 2000 i just cant with these types of casins if they dont have instant withdrawals its a  no go for me

yes they've hit me with that one in the past so they're saying to withdrawl using btc you have to have deposited three times the amount you want to cashout. They'll try to get you to deposit more than you've won and say you can immediately withdrawl all of it. My best advise is to deposit however be prepared to wait three working days for withdrawl. From my play ( over three years now ) they are pretty fair good selection of games , they send freebies, will give you courtesy spins the playthrough is brutal but one average fair. Also they're not in USA so for the love of everything DO NOT GET A CHECK or you'll have to FedEx back blah blah .. whole vibe. Good luck 

never deposited but the bank wires they have to be a cetrain way and only certain banks will accept them they one time sent my winnings and my bank didnt know who it was for even though i followed step ny step instructions with them and my bank to make sure i was doing it right still never worked:(

I tried to cash out , after they took my id and now they say no they will not send to my bitcoin address without a 20 deposit

We've received a response from the casino rep stating that the initial winnings came from a free bonus, the maximum allowed withdrawal is $100. The player withdrew the $100, and the remaining balance of $2,114.65 was removed. The player then reversed the $100 withdrawal on the 10th of May and played it down to zero.

ty so much. a man called and tried to get me to bank wire, but then they take a large fee, and he said well if you bank wire you do not need to deposit. but bitcoin you must because its the same address its how it works. it is not, when I send to their address it is not my internal address and there is NO FEE with bitcoin. lol. thanks
