  • Hi all, today something strange happend to me, i log on on bgo , i enter on chat to ask something , and the support agent told me  I MUST SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT, BECAUSE WE DONT ACCEPT PLAYERS FROM ROMANIA  !and she shut the door in my face( close the chat) leaving me without possibility to ask her WHY??
    I don't get any notify about this new update on their T&Cs, also Romania still appear on registration forms, and is not listed on restricted countries from T&Cs
    I just want to reopen my account until further notice or notify me about this restriction for Romanian players!

  • i have also a chatpicture and also a proof from registration page, which Romania is listed exclamation!! and is not restricted!

    THIS IS AN ABUSE!!

  • You seem to be right, I haven't found any indication that Romania is among the restricted countries at BGO. I guess you should wait for their support people to reply.

    We've received a response from bgo casino, please read the following quote from the email:

    "Yes players based in Romania are able to make accounts and play at this time.
    Banned territories can be seen in point 4 of the general terms of use in the terms and conditions.

    Maybe the customer service agent wasn't aware of this rule, I suggest you contact them again to try and solve this, in the mean time we will wait for a casino representative to respond.

  • Thank you Emma, but was resolved,  they open my account back,  and apologize for mystake made by agent Scarlett, and also credit my account with 10£! So mod can change status to resolved!

  • i get rushed, and i post immediately , after they reopen my account, i post here, but strange again they suspend my account. i try to login later after reopen, and appear an error: an error occurred while trying to login, and i try second time and than appear: your account is temporarily suspended... i contacted twice , but still no response!
    I will attach a screenshot !

    Ok i said...  Try to login and got this message :" an unexpected error has occurred " i tryed again,  and " your account is temporarily suspended "
    Contact them again ,in morning , and wait for an answer..  But here is not Rep? Or a Mod? How  can I deal this situation?

    If they replied the first time I guess their support guys will come with an answer this time as well. I think it's some sort of technical glitch, I'm sure it will be sorted out.
  • Any romanian player who has account on bgo,can check i they can login on bgo? Bgo said they no longer accept players from România, because new gambling legislation.

    We were only notified about the change in legislation surrounding Romania later in the day I'm afraid.  We intend to update our Terms and Conditions as a matter or urgency in the next few days.
    I'm afraid there is nothing we can do regarding this change as it is part of our gambling licence which needs to be adhered to.

    All romanian players, i think, from now one will have accounts closed , for sure!!

  • Now they update T&Cs, Romania and also Portugal, is mentioned as restricted!
    So in this case , is nothing i can do, just ask a moderator or ZUGA to change status to"resolved" and also to update the countries restriction in BGO Review. Thank you for your support!
