    I have been waiting for over 2 week's for my "approved" winnings of £745.00. I have been fobbed off every day since when I email them with "I am waiting for the loading slip"! It is disgusting how a team of 4 I have discovered - Brian, Sarah, Annabelle and Jasmine (we are led to believe) these are probably made up ames also! Can get away with taking people's hard earned money and then NOT pay out when the win!

  • Hi Dazza.  When I saw the U.K flaf I just assumed all was fine.  That's what you get for just assuming all companies are just as honest and as decent as yourself!  Glad you managed to get some of your money back though.

  • Yea i know i was the same. Thats why i posted on this forum so no else falls for it.. Unfortunately without a UK license its difficult to deal with these casinos. There licensor Curaçao are not respondent also. I hope you get your money. 

  • How did you manage to get your money back/how long did this take?  I got in touch with Curucao also but have not heard anything.

    This type of behaviour should be monitored.  It is so wrong that peoole like this can take thousands from people's bank accounts yet not pay out!!  It would be like you and me taking thousands off people and not giving what is owed to them back - we could potentially end up in prison!!

    The Casino Representative says that this case has been sorted out. Could you please confirm if you received your payment.

  • The player informed us via private message that he received a pre-payment card and he was able to withdraw from his pre-payment card on 2 occasions, however, after the conversion costs his £745.00  became around £650.00. Also, after withdrawing on 2 separate occasions last Saturday, the ATM machine kept his card, so he managed to withdraw only £500. He informed both: the card company and Better Dice.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative regarding your outstanding balance and here's what they say:

    "We have addressed this issue with the payment processor. They have looked into this; the player used the card on the ATM machine way too many times and its normal to be swollen just like any normal card Visa Master Card etc. A new card has been issued for him and he will receive it."

  • Exactly!  An absolute sham of a system!! At least I was able to withdraw £500. Perhaps I may have been able to withdraw the rest if I didn't try the ATM for the 3rd time that day - was just trying to get what was mine asap!  Those conversion charges however are ludicrous!! They are a law to themselves.  If I do get a replacement card (will probably need a letter from God)! I will be gobsmacked but if I do, I will be racing to the ATM to withdraw it and then will be washing my hands of this "so called" betting site.

    I cannot believe how Better-Dice are still able to operate and "steal" what rightfully belongs to their customers!  Last Friday I was sent a "replacement" pre-payment card and was "promised" that my remaining withdrawal funds would be uploaded immediately.  As you can imagine, I have had a full week's worth of excuses from "Brian" - chief cook and bottle washer to say the least, advising he is "waiting for the loading slip"! He probably knows that he will not be receiving another penny deposit from me so is holding on to my remaining winnings!  Why go through the bother of sending a replacement card by DHL and then not activate it for me?!! He has chose to ignore every one of my emails today also.

    It is just not right that he/they are stealing thousands from their customers - not that I am any longer a customer of theirs! Be warned people.

    I totally agree with you. We've sent them another reminder email and we'll see if they'll get back to us regarding this. You can also try to file a complaint with their licensor - Curacao.

  • I finally received my card and slip, managed to withdraw £750 from an atm. So thought great let's get the rest of my 8k winnings. Processsd 4K withdrawl. Got refused and then my balance went to 0 and I was blocked. Then an email from good old Brian, saying I had played on no limit slots and they were banned in Uk, for that reason, they voided all my winnings. I've played non limit slots fine, they are not blocked here, micro gaming and others are but  not them, they take your deposits and bets but when it comes to withdrawals forget it. I won't let this drop, they have stolen my 8k!!! 

  • No limit city removed there slots to UK players on betterdice casino once they found out it wasn't restricted.. Unless your using a vpn you shouldn't have access to there games?

  • I used to play at this casino before i found out about them. I have email from nolimit city stating that they removed there slots from this casino as they were appalled they were allowing players to play without a valid license.. I went on there 2 days later and all nolimit city games were removed. So I would assume these are pirated games friend... 

  • Think they have put them back on, they all played fine with no issues,  they had about 15. Punk rocker and tombstone were my go to's. They also had the full blueprint catalogue with all the most poplular megaways, primal, gorilla gold, long etc.

    Just to let you know, I was able to withdraw £500 of my £745.00 winnings, before my card was swallowed up!! I received a replacement cards about 2 weeks later after many emails to "Brian - chief cook and bottle washer it seems"!! I am still awaitng my loading slip details a further 2 week's later also and continue to be fobbed off by "Brian" with just one excuse after another so not sure if I will ever get the rest??  Have you been sent a replacement card?

  • I got the card and loading slip and withdrew £750. I had £8200 in balance left, I did a small withdrawl first to see how it went, I tried to withdraw £4000, got rejected then they voided my winnings. Saying I had played on a no limit game, and they were blocked to Uk players. As you know they were not blocked and the 750 I had won, was won on no limit games, so their reasons were bullshit!!

    Yet again "Brian" has promised the earth again today (ha ha)! Going on about how busy their "finance office" is - they don't have one!  When I ask to speak to someone in finance Brian says they liaise with him!  I bet they do - he is the "finance office"!!

  • i know it's just lies after lies, I was stunned when the card actually let me withdraw some money but as soon as it was a larger withdrawl they showed their true colours, they just change the t's and c's to suit. Think Brian Dale is the main man that's who sent me the email about cancelling all my winnings. And then ending it with sorry for the inconvenience!!! You couldnt make it up!!
