    I have a 660$ withdrawal pending since August 24th.

    What worries me the most is that I am provided with zero reason or information for the delay. Everytime I send a mail to customer support the answer is that they will ask a manager to contact me, but nothing so far. 

    That is why I ask LCB's help for resolving this matter.

    My username on betswagger is natexa.

    so there is some positive news, the casino has processed my withdrawal for ... 495 CAD.

    the initial request was for 660 CAD.

    Apparently there has been some mistake made from their side on the currency conversion side (660 CAD = 495 USD), I have emailed them about that and I hope they will fix it.

    But still this is a very good news and I would like to thank you very much for your help in this matter

  • Everything is back in order, payment team corrected their mistake, I received the remaining amount plus a small bonus.

    So the issue is now solved, thank you very much for LCB's and Tania's help.
