  • I am having problem receiving my withdrawal from BET STREAK. I was told I had another account there. In which i had no knowledge of. If so the account must be old. When trying to login from the email address I was told I had the 2nd account. I was unable to access it nor retrieve a password. 

    The account that I'm using NO BONUSES was taking. Just straight deposits. Now im getting the run around on receiving my withdrawal. First i was told I needed to wager my deposit 3X. I wagered more than 10Xs. Then I was told table games only counted 10%. I told the CS lady. It was a straight deposit and no bonus was envolved. I was then connected to a manager who said the withdrawal was approved it would take 24 hrs. Then I get an email stating that the withdrawal was deny because of a 2nd account that I have no knowledge of. I explained to CS agent if I was trying to open muitiple accounts. I would have taken bonuses. But this isn't the case. CS is poor at best here. 

    ALL I want is my winnings and my account closed there. This is more then a headache. I deposit bitcoins and expect to have them paid in the same manner.

  • I'm mainly playing at Fortune Jacks... I decided to try betstreak because i saw a thread on another forum and didn't remember ever playing here before. Now they are stalling over a bunch of nonsense especially when no bonuses were envolved!

    Im hurt love, out of everyone on the forum you and a few others should have known it was me sadtonguekiss.  Yeah, i have been trying to search any comments for the casino. I have heard they are good. I have been great, still around posting. I think i posted on a few of your comments. I saw this was your 2nd problem with a casino. I don't think i have seen you post any problems before but if you have, never 2 in a matter of weeks. Just shows how down hill things are going. 

  • Thanks, Hopefully this can get straighten out really quick. I was trying to working it out with thier CS agent. But it is pointless. I hate to have to bring the issue to light. But it is what it is.

    His flag was changed even when he was Mr. Choclateman. That's why i asked in the first few posts. I did not know it was wrong to use a VPN, a lot of players use them. If there was a question about this, it should have been brought out before a win. I bet pretty soon if you keep using excuses not to pay you will be banned across the board.

    Hi, the main issue is because he had a duplicated account, we just wanted to verify his document and why he upload a fake document to us? we are not giving excuses not to pay him, if he could upload his document for verification we will pay.
  • You guys are full of crap. I was given 3 or 4 different reason to why i haven't received my withdrawal. The latest being I had another account. Now if I did have another account. And accidently forgot about it and opened a new one. I DID NOT TAKE ANY BONUS ON IT! THEREFORE THERE IS NOTHING SCAMMING ABOUT IT! I deposited via Bitcoin. There is NO REASON why you should be asking for my id. You maybe a fly by night operation. Scammer, ID theft anything. Bitcoin is anonymous and therefore private. I deposited in good faith without a bonus and betted my own money. Now you are trying to force me to give an unknown operation my ID. Tough luck I will not do such a thing! If you want to steal my winnings so be it! This is what rogues do. Instead of you paying me and closing my account as I asked you to. You rather play these games. It would be different if I deposited with a credit card or stolen funds. But I didn't, I deposited my own bitcoins and without A BONUS and now you want to see who has the biggest balls in the game. Forget you and your casino. Steal the funds and do as you please with it. 

     

    And BTW I AM IN IRELAND FOR 3 WEEKS. MY COMPANY IS OPENING A NEW BREWRY HERE!!!

    LOL, I only changed my name after you told me you could. I didn't know you could change it. I use the name Bitspender for most of my bitcoin casinos. Chocolateman was so yester year. LOL

    The only way to get your winnings would be to send a legit ID document. Surely you have had to send docs into other bitcoin casinos in the past in order to get your winnings?

    However in cases where casinos do suspect players to have multiple accounts, fraud or otherwise trying to take advantage of multiple bonuses documents are required.

    @Betsreak rep - please send me what proof you have of bitspender having multiple accounts. He is a loyal and long-time member of LCB and I am under the impression that this is not something he would do.

    They gave me 3 or 4 different reason. First it was 1 didn't wager my deposit 3X (Remember these deposits are NON bonuses) and when I told them I wagered plenty over 3X. I was then told table games count as 10%. I explained to the CS agent that I didn't use any bonuses. Never did I use a bonus. All my deposits were bonus free. 2nd I was told that I had to wait 24 as the cashout dept wasn't in. 3rd I was told I had another account in which i wasn't aware of. I made no sense for me to open another account and not take bonuses on. 4th I was told withdrawals are automatic but because there was another account it's manual. All I know is I deposited in good faith without any bonuses or anything. I used Bitcoin and NOT a credit card or anything. This company could easily just pay me and close my account. But they are trying to be stubborn. Their manager told me "They got 10,000 players and for me to go ahead file my complaint." This is the arrogrance of this company. Trying to force someone to give something when bitcoin is the sole currency and not a credit card or webwallet is not what bitcoin is intended. For what purpose is having my ID is going to do? I am not going to play there again so it defeats the purpose. 

    I AM ALREADY THE VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AND TO THINK I WILL EVER SEND MY ID ONLINE AGAIN IS A BIG NO NO!
