RESOLVED: Betonline and there VIP program

So betonline has this VIP program and 10% away from being a diamond member I spend thousands a week here  on there vio program it shows a list of things I qualify for for that tier.. but when I try to take advantage for instance I qualify for a daily reload bonus provided I makes a deposit that day but every time I go to ask for it they state they don't have one and make excuses saying that I've used all my monthly reload bonus .... I qualify for a daily reload, monthly reload and weekly reload but yet don't get to take advantage of any one of them... Betonline in very disappointed in you and I read someone else blog that they only hit big when playing bonus as well ... I really feel you need to be investigated cause ur sup to be a trusted casino and u have done nothing be deceive me

There really easy to get a hold of I never have any problems in that area since I'm vip members I'm sup to get a different tier of customer service.. if there really is even one ....it has been almost 8 hours any luck by now
