    Over a week ago I took a deposit bonus+ 100 freespins-bonus there but freespins never appeared on my account. I've chatted with them daily and everytime I get same runaround answers that correct department will contact me very soon and solve this issue. But nothing happens.  I think this "very soon" time frame has now very well passed many times so could I get some help here to solve this issue?

    Im just tired of their daily copypaste automatic answers on this...
