RESOLVED: BetChain Online Casino

I'm confused, I signed up at this casino
several years ago, actually it was on 08/05/15 through an LCB linkand I'm from the USA.
I have never deposited at this casino.
Recently I decided to deposit and went in to fill out
my profile, but there is no USA?
Am I allowed to play here for money?
I sent your casino an email, but I have not received an answer.

It is stated in their T&C that players from US are not allowed to play for real money at the casino. Please have a look at their terms: 

Any claim against the Company brought by you for any reason whatsoever in regard to the above mentioned will be considered void and shall not be accepted. We apologize but players from Israel, Spain, the UK and the USA are prohibited from playing real money wagering games at BetChain.

When I signed up, US players were allowed.

Then why should I not be allowed to play for money.

I signed up through LCB!

Some brands change their rules as well as their list of restricted countries. It is not unusual. We've also forwarded your question to a casino rep. Let's see what he says. 

We are only showing casinos that support players from United States.

Another thing, if you click on Bitcoin Casinos here at LCB, BetChain comes up as casinos that support players from United States, as you can see above.

If this casino (and there are others on LCB's list of USA welcome players) does not allow USA players, LCB is making things very confusing and should remove them from the list.

I have this same problem at 5 or 6 casinos that I singed at up through LCB and I don't understand why I can't play there for money.

Other US players play there...........

As I already told you casinos change the restricted countries. You managed to register several years ago which means that US players were allowed then. We want to make the things straight therefore, we contact the casino rep to update us. As soon as we get the info from him, we'll update our list and let you know. 

I have no idea why you thought you had to repeat yourself by saying;

There is nothing in my posts that aludes to the idea that I didn't understand what you wrote                                                 

Sometimes the information posted about a casino becomes incorrect or outdated, however you want to say it, because as you said;

"casinos change the restricted countries"

and all I'm saying is then it needs to be removed or changed.

Hi Jade,

We have updated Betchain to have USA as restricted, thanks for notifying us of this. If you did sign up a while back when they were accepting US players you should be able to play. You would only be allowed to use bitcoin though and bitcoin allowed games, no fiat currency. Lets see what the rep has to say about this situation.

If you come across any more casinos that need updates regarding US restricted please let me know.

I have one question.Why then you have US as a restricted country in your t&c but in a fact you accept players from the US.

They can't deposit in US$ but it's ok to do that in bitcoins, right?
