  • After successful account verification casino closed my account by management decision. I made several attempts to contact them in order to get more information and the reply was always the same - management decision. I have also attached a screenshot for you to believe me. I just want to get my money as casino has no grounds to confiscate it.

    Sorry to hear about your problem with this brand. We don't have it listed on LCB but they already assisted in sorting out some issues our members have. The casino will be notified.

    We received the info from the casino rep. They informed us that you breached casino T&C therefore they closed your account and refunded the deposit. Since they didn't provide more info on what T&C you broke we asked them to clarify this and send us more info.

    They couldn't share more info with us so we don't know precisely what you did. We did our best to find out more info about your case and help you but since the casino couldn't share more details on your case there is nothing further we can do for you.
