    They lied. My bitcoin deposit was confirmed on the blockchain and i have screenshots of their receiving bc address matching the address I sent it to. I talked to 9 customer service agents trying to get this resolved. 2 of them mysteriously disconnected chats after an exhausting run around. 1 customer service rep even told me a wrong email address to submit my screenshots and proof that I had.  It was $91 they stole from me! Not much but I had lost $50 before that on a previous successful deposit! Lucky creek did the same thing to my daughter she told me! This was 2 months ago and I gave up on them refunding my money. They are lying thieves pure and simple. I have deposit with bitcoin at many different casinos and Betbigdollar is the only one that I've had problems with. 

    Please avoid these scammers....it can happen to you!
