  • Betador Casino closed my account after withdrawal request and didnt pay.

    I made my first deposit here on March 9,2024. I deposited 100 eur and took sports bonus. Afetr bonus wagering I had 135 left. I asked skrill withdrawal. After two days I was trying to log in to check if my withdrawal still pending and couldnt log in. system said:account is closed please contact support. support egent told me that will forward my request to the relavant department and they will contact me via email. But never replied. Next my efforts to contact them was ignored. I wrote comment on Trustpilot and they reacted. But they wrote that they couldnt identify a user. They askedto provide my details on trustpilot and I did but again 16 days no reply. Today I contacted their live chat again. Support agent told me that she cant find account with my username and email. But I have email from Betador there they say that my aacount is verified, I have skrill transaction screenshot. They cant say that my account is not existing. So LCB if you can please help me.
