RESOLVED: Bet2u.com Withdrawal issue

Hello, July 31st received a deposit bonus from Bet2u.com. in 5 days fulfilled all the conditions for wagering the bonus. after that, make a few more bets. and ordered money for payment. the payment was canceled, they said that the account was not verified. although on June 29, I passed an interview on Skype and confirmed the verification of the account. On the account 5198 euros. Support not responding for 5 days. I have already sent many letters. help if you can.

But whats that with skype? How did they do verification using that? You show your documents during a live video chat or something? Sounds a little goofy to me, but ok ... Doesnt mean that I truly hope you will get your money soon!

Yes, I showed my documents during the video chat. The operator asked various questions about the rate. What I put on, what sports, what teams. Then I asked cards of which system I used visa or mastercard. And then he named the teams on which I bet and asked what kind of sport and country. And the teams were very exotic. I asked 4 teams in total.

sir i used bet2u since so long i hardly won on bet2u but i like some features but i hardly won but last month i got offer 100 % with 100% extra bonus money i used and i won 500 dollors then i tried to withdraw money they refused and said join us on skype call depsite of all that i was verified Member well i appeared into the interview and i made all answers which she asked then after 3 days they sent me email that i viloted 23.4 and 23.5 terms and i googled about bet2u they said same things to all i think they are scammer and same incident 6 months ago my friend faced and i took back only deposit money. Now right now my one of friend have won 1000 dollors but this time no \bonus problem but they are not replying him they withdraw money on Friday 100$ they approved and sent but after that they tried they dont reply nor they are saying why they are doing this with him.
