  • im new here..Sadly my first post is a complaint sad My withdrawal was denied by Begado  >:( Ive never had any problem withdrawing before so i dont know what is wrong this time.Im annoyed because i had to wait a full 10 business days and 2 full weekends totaling 16 days in all, to then be told my request is denied with no explanation other than my account is being reviewed i should get an answer within 90 days.

    This is no way to treat a player and can only be classed as rogue-ish behaviour on the casinos part..If i would have lost would they still have reviewed my account? im thinking not..I would like direct contact with a Begado rep if there is one on here for an explanation on why my account is being reviewed and why my withdrawal is declined

    I will give my username to the rep if i hear from them

  • unfortunately the most RTG casinos are rouge casinos. a few years ago it happend to me too, a RTG casino refused to pay my winning ( $1500 ). went to chat and they told me I have multiple accounts (which is not true).

  • They will not even answer their own rep who has been emailing then since last week.i would most definately avoid begado at all costs if you want to get paid what you win.ive even lost my initial deposit and by the look of it there is nothing i can do

  • It looks like i will not be getting my $309 from Begado.They ignore all my emails and they even ignore there own reps emails who i am grateful to for trying to sort  things out for me  smiley I would warn anybody thinking of playing there to avoid at all costs if being paid your winnings is a priority to you.I dont know how they can get away with this kind of behavior..There must be some kind of governing body or regulators keeping online casinos from ripping off players?  >:(

    First off annoyed I see you said you never read up on this casino, hopefully this teaches you a lesson.  If you had researched this casino you would have found enough bad information to prevent you from depositing, as long as you used your head.

    Claras response is a bunch of nonsense.  "Shes pushing finance, and its a decision from finance, and your doing your best."  Seriously don't try to candy coat this, its an absolute joke whats going on with this casino.  I have seen lots of situations same as this recently.  Something is going on.  Yes indeed the players shouldn't have been playing there to begin with, but at the same time I have seen the roguest of rogues handle it better than this casino.

    If you think Im being hard on Clara, then oh well.  Shes the one that has the job of being a rep, and these generic responses with this bad situation is not helping.  Maybe the ships is sinking and you need to abandon Clara.
  • Clara said she is only from the marketing department and can do nothing to help me with payment and also that they are reviewing accounts for security purposes and they have a procedure to follow.Sounds like complete bull**** to me.,What im really mad about also is that they have basically stolen my deposit money and i will not be getting it back by the look of it.

    Maybe i should open my own casino take peoples money and when they win dont pay.Its ok because it seems that  nobody does anything about it  >:(

  • Nothing to say besides i hope you learned a lesson and will not go back even if you get paid but i am sure it won't matter because most players fall for the old it will never happen again ,which it usually does and that's why they are on the list .

  • yes i have learned my lesson but  members here are still depositing over there.There is a guy in the complaints forum complaining about his payment..Maybe these threads need to be out on the main forum for everybody to see so they dont make the same mistake  sad
