  • Hi I'm looking for some help with retrieving my winnings from Bali fortune casino. I've won thousands of dollars and am VIP member they have only  paid me one portion of $2,500 out of the $10,000 I won back on the 19th January 2024. I've contacted them one way or another almost every week since January, Ive received one $2,500 payment approved for payment one month later on the 19 Feb, it's beyond rediculous. Any help getting these guys to pay up would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi guys, so I jumped online and msged the customer support via the website who informed me that there was delays in processing winnings due to the amount of ppl winning and claiming.

    I've been told tis atleast 4 times now and also have been told I wasn't eligible, pfft showed that cranky kaputt real quick. 

    I've got multiple screenshots of customer support messages and also emails I have sent and now get no response to.  

    I hope you guys have a better outcome than I do because I want my money lol but seriously 7 1/2 thousand dollars is a lot of money to keep from someone..

    Have U guys had much success in resolving any complaints with Bali fortune.

    I seen in here that people have been making this very same complaint  atleast 18 months ago and even longer. It's absolutely absurd.

  • So I've just gone to cgech my acc and my winnings have been out back in to my pokie account, so I've made the withdrawals again but am only allowed 2 withdrawals a week at 2,500 each so now it seems without any contact they're restarting my withdrawals process again. After almost 5 months of waiting hopefully these withdrawal requests get seen to asap so I canake the last 2,500 withdrawal and never play threw them again

  • No feed back as such, I've just made my 3rd withdrawal request as it's been 7 days since I made the others. They are still currently pending.
